These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the home valuation request service offered through it. This site is operated by Ricavvo (“Ricavvo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on behalf of Taylor Martino, a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with Sold Buy the Sea Realty. By using this site or submitting the valuation request form, you agree to these Terms.
The service
This site allows a homeowner to request a home valuation. When you submit the form, your request is provided to Taylor Martino, who prepares an opinion of value and contacts you about it. The service is offered free of charge and creates no obligation on your part.
Valuation disclaimer
Any valuation, estimate, or opinion of value provided through this service is prepared for informational purposes only and is based on available market data and the information you provide. It is not an appraisal, an offer to purchase, a loan commitment, or a guarantee of sale price. An appraisal may only be performed by a licensed appraiser. Actual sale price depends on market conditions, property condition, buyer demand, and other factors outside our control. You should not rely on a valuation as the sole basis for any financial, legal, or real estate decision.
No agency relationship
Requesting a valuation does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Taylor Martino, Sold Buy the Sea Realty, or Ricavvo. Any such relationship would be established only by a separate written agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a property address and contact details you are authorized to use. You agree not to use the site to submit another person’s information without their permission, to submit false or fraudulent requests, or to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
Text messages and calls
If you provide your phone number and submit the form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Taylor Martino regarding your home valuation request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies and depends on your request and any follow-up conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair housing
Taylor Martino and Sold Buy the Sea Realty support and comply with federal and North Carolina fair housing laws. All real estate services are offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, handicap, or any other protected characteristic.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics, and logos on this site are owned by Ricavvo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without permission.
Third-party services
This site relies on third-party services for functionality such as address lookup, hosting, email and text delivery, security, and advertising measurement. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site or service linked from this site.
Disclaimer of warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hanover County, North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
