We operate this valuation request tool on behalf of Taylor Martino, a licensed North Carolina real estate agent with Sold Buy the Sea Realty. When you submit the form, your request is provided to Taylor Martino so that she can contact you about your home valuation.
Information we collect
Information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the property address (including any unit or apartment number) you enter into the form.
Information collected automatically:when you visit the site, we and our providers may collect limited technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with the page, using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking” below).
How we use your information
We use your information to: prepare and deliver your requested home valuation; allow Taylor Martino to contact you about that valuation by phone, text message, or email; operate, secure, and improve the site; and measure the performance of our advertising.
How we share your information
We share your information as follows:
- With Taylor Martino, the real estate agent you are requesting to be contacted by.
- With service providers who help us operate the site, only so they can perform services for us. These currently include: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text messaging), Google (address autocomplete), Cloudflare (security and bot protection), and Meta (advertising and measurement).
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to operate the site and to measure and improve our advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization through your Meta account settings.
Text messages
If you provide your phone number and submit the form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Taylor Martino regarding your home valuation, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help.
Your choices
You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. You may also request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@ricavvo.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the valuation and follow up with you, and as required for our legitimate business or legal purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
